Running a Check | Unity ID Verification

Running an AML Check


This article talks you through running a KYC/AML check through the 'Client ID Verification' tab in Unity, if you use Unity Practice Management or Unity Onboarding, please use the links above for support resources. 



1. Firstly, to run a check, click the Client ID Verification tab within your Unity Dashboard.






2. Next, select that you want to run a Credas check.






3. After this, select the ordering party.






4. Now choose which Credas check you wish to run. For more information on what each check consits of, please click here.






5. Next, fill in your clients personal details. You can also send the check to multiple clients by clicking 'add client'. If you are sending out a check that requires your client to complete the check, such as the Biometric ID + AML check, you will also be asked to provide contact details for the client.





6. Select your payment method for the check.






7. Your results will then appear as pending until they are ready or the check has been completed by your client. For more information on your results, please click here
