Deleting an Individual



Once an 'Individual' has carried out their check(s), you may wish to remove them from the 'Individuals' table. To do this, please follow the steps below:




1. From the 'individuals' tab, find the 'Individual' you would like to remove from the table by either scrolling down the list or searching for them by name, phone number or address.






2. Located to the right of an 'Individual' is the ellipsis (three dots) and selecting this will produce a drop down menu where you can select 'Delete'. In doing so, the 'Individual' will be removed from the table. Please note - this action is irreversible and should only be carried out by a senior member of staff.





Depending on your data retention policy, we can also set up your checks to automatically delete after a set period of time, for example one year. Please reach out to the support team if you wish to enable this.
