Locating an individual/customer
It is important to note that the Credas term for a customer is individual. When you gain access to the portal either after registering as a new user or simply logging in, individuals can be found by clicking 'manage user's within the KYC Onboarding tab in Unity. From here, you can find a list of all invitations sent, along with their progress and invite status.
When you are trying to locate an individual, there are 3 key areas to focus on:
Search bar
Use the search bar located at the top of the page to find an individual. You can search either by name, phone number or email address. If no results are returned, it may be that the information is incorrect or the individual hasn’t been created yet.
Filters
If you are unsure of the individual’s details, filters can be an effective tool. To locate and set your filter options, navigate to the top right of the screen (next to the search bar). Simply select any relevant checkboxes.
Table configuration
If you require further options to filter by, table configuration can be an effective tool and is set on a user-by-user basis. For example, you can set your table to show whether a client has completed their Address & Mortality check, and the results of this. Simply click on the cog, located at the top right of the screen and click any of the preferred checkboxes. Any alterations can be found just above the list of individuals. *Once selected, these options will remain in place until deselected.
