Add individuals to Folders




As well as tags, folders are another way to group certain individuals together and make them easier to locate.



Creating folders

 

1. Folders also need to be created first before adding individuals to them. Simply click on the cog and select ‘New Folder’.

2. Enter the name of the folder you wish to create, then click 'Save'.

The newly created folder can now be seen just above the table configuration on the ‘individuals’ tab.





Adding individuals to folders


 

1. To add an individual to a folder, select the checkbox associated with that profile. This can be found on the individuals tab, but not from within the profile itself.

2. Select the cog where a pop-up menu will appear. Now click on ‘Add to folder’ where your newly created folder(s) will appear in the dropdown menu. Select your folder, then click ‘Save and close’.

To access the folder containing the selected individual(s), simply select it above your table configuration as seen below.
