Processes


A process is an instance of a journey. For example, you may wish to send the same journey to five different people and in each case, there will be a different processes generated against each 'individual'. Looking at the process will give you better insight into a customer's checks. To navigate to 'Processes', follow the steps below.





1. From the 'Portal', select the 'processes tab.







2. A list of processes will be visible for you to review and clicking on one will show you the steps involved within that journey.






3. Clicking on one of the steps will show you further details (if available).

Exporting a process to PDF



There is also the opportunity to export a process directly to PDF by clicking the 'View PDF' button located at the top right of the screen.





Once the PDF has been generated, you will be able to save and download it.

Identity Retry



If a process has an Identity check included in it and was unsuccessfully completed by the 'Individual', the 'Resubmit identity check' button will be made available at the top right of the screen.
