Uploading & Viewing Evidence in an Individuals Profile
You can additional evidence to an individual's profile such as Proof of Address documents or any other documentation you would like to keep with the individuals check that you have obtained. This evidence will be available on the individual's profile within the portal but it will also appear within the individuals PDF.
You add evidence to the individuals profile by clicking the 'Quick Actions Menu' button in the top right hand corner of the individuals profile.
Within the Quick Actions Menu you will see a tile saying 'Add evidence'. Click on this and then 'complete now'.
The evidence will then be accessible to view within the evidence tab of an individuals profile as well as on the individuals PDF. To learn how to download a PDF, please click here.
