Sending a KYC/AML Check | Unity Onboarding

Running an AML Check



This article talks you through how to send an AML/KYC check to your client via Unity Onboarding, if you are looking to run manual or in-person checks, please click here.


Step One: Firstly, click on the 'Client Onboarding + KYC' tab within Unity.




Step Two: Next, click on 'Add a new client'.





Step Three: After this, select which journey(s) you wish to send to your client. You can send multiple checks to them at once. To find out more about what each check consists of, please click here.





Step Four: Now, you will need to create your client by inputting their personal & contact details. 





Step Five: After this, select how you wish to send the invite to your client. We recommend sending both an email & SMS invite for higher chances of completition.




Step Six: The invitation has now been sent to your client to complete, you can now send a new invite to another client, manage existing clients by heading to the Credas portal or you can close the window.
