Unity PMS FAQs

Why am I receiving an error when trying to run an instant AML check?

The most common reason you are receiving the below error when trying to run an AML check is because there are fields missing in the address, such as the city or postcode. You may encounter this error if you are trying to run an address check on an overseas address. Currently we only offer Address & Mortality checks for UK Addresses. To understand more about our our checks please click here.

Why do my results appear as pending?

Your results will appear as pending if we have not been able to verify the individuals address or if there are possible PEP & Sanctions matches for the individuals. You will need to investigate these further. More information on the results of our checks can be found here.

Can I change my result from pending to a pass or fail?

You are not able to change the PDF results from a pending to a pass or fail.

I inputted the wrong details for my client, can I change these?

Yes you are able to edit your clients details, and then you will have to re-run the AML check to get an updated result. This process is explained further here.

How do I receive the results of the AML check?

Once you have run the check, the results will appear in a PDF for you as can be seen below.

How do I access the PDF reports from a previous check?

You will be able to access previous AML reports for the individual within the individual's profile as can be seen below.

My client is from the UK, why have possible matches for PEP & Sanctions appeared from other countries?

Our PEP's & Sanctions checks review sources internationally, for more information on why a possible match has been flagged can be viewed here.
