Ongoing Monitoring


Ongoing Monitoring will automatically re-run PEP & Sanctions checks for a period of your choosing. This includes regular checks and updates to verify that no new risks or issues have arise that could impact the transaction. If an Ongoing Monitoring alert occurs, you will receive an email alert with the registration code of the individual in question.


An example Ongoing Monitoring email alert can be seen below.







You will then find that the PEPs & Sanctions tab on the individuals tab appears as 'pending validation' and will need you to manually review the PEPs & Sanctions result as you would from a normal check. For more information on remediating your PEPs & Sanctions result, please click here.
