Re-Running Manual Checks
For all our data checks such as Address & Mortality and PEPs & Sanctions, you will be able to re-run any checks manually if you receive a fail results. These manual checks will not need to go to your client. If you are looking for running a manual Identity Check instead, please click here.
Re-Run Identity Documents
You can re-run Identity Documents in two ways:
1. By resubmitting the check back to the individual so they can re-do their Identity Document. This is the route we recommend. You can resubmit the check by following the steps here.
2. You can also re-run the Identity Document by manually uploading another document. If you decide to upload an ID document, please make sure this image is as clear and high quality as possible. We recommend uploading a photograph of an ID Document rather than a scanned copy as we will reject scans, copies, screenshots or identity document photographs taken on a screen. Please note you need the upload the Identity Document as a PNG or JPEG file, the system will not accept PDF's.
Once you have uploaded the Identity Document, the check may appear as blue whilst the Identity Document is being reviewed.
Re-run liveness check
By resubmitting the check back to the individual they can re-do their liveness check, you can resubmit the check by following the steps here.
Re-run Address & Mortality Check
You can re-run an Address & Mortality UK data check on an individual without sending anything to them. To do this, click the 'refresh' symbol highlighted below. Please note we only recommend re-running this check if you have new information about the individual, such as a name change or a different address or you will just receive the same result as you had before.
You will then see a list of different pass parameters you can choose from. We recommend chosing the default option on your portal.
You can then fill in the individuals personal details and address and run the datacheck on them and get instant results. For more on Address & Mortality results, please click here.
Re-run PEPs & Sanctions Check
You can re-run an PEPs & Sanctions data check on an individual without sending anything to them. To do this, click the 'refresh' symbol highlighted below. Please note we only recommend re-running this check if you have new information about the individual, such as a name change or you will just receive the same result as you had before. .
You will then be asked to fill in the individuals personal details and confirm which PEPs & Sanctions checks you wish to run. The options defaulted on will be the options all your journeys automatically run. For more information on the different PEPs & Sanctions options and the results, please click here.
Re-run Supporting Documents
You are able to upload supporting documents manually to an individuals profile, these will always need you to manually pass or fail them. Alternatively you can ask the individual to resubmit the supporting documents themselves by following the steps here.
Re-run Source of Funds & Open Banking
To re-run Source of Funds & Open Banking, you are able too send a new Source of Funds journey back to the client for them to complete by following the steps here.
