Source of Funds & Open Banking Results
Once your client has completed their Source of Funds journey, the results will appear to you within their profile. If they opted to use Open Banking to verify their bank account, you will also see an 'Open Banking' results tab. Both of these will show as green once completed. Please note, these will not appear with a pass or fail, only 'complete'.
Source of Funds
Source of Funds will always appear as green once the questionnaire has been completed by the individual. If the check is blue, the Source of Funds has not yet been completed by the individual.
The information inputted during the check will be shown to you within the portal, as shown in the example below. Credas do not verify the documents submitted by your client, and you will need to review the documentation and evidence provided by your client.
You will not be able to pass/fail the Source of Funds check however you can send a new Source of Funds journey to the individual if you have not received all the information you need by following the process here. Alternatively you can additional documents you have obtained from the individual either via supporting documents or evidence.
Open Banking
Open Banking will always appear as green once it has been completed by the individual. If it is blue, the individual has either not completed the journey yet or they have chosen not to connect to their bank via Open Banking.
The data from the Open Banking will be shown to you within the portal, as shown in the example below.
You will not be able to pass/fail the Open Banking however you can send a new Source of Funds or Open Banking journey to the individual if you have not received all the information you need by following the process here.
For Open Banking results, you will be able to see six months worth of data straight from the individuals bank account with an analysis highlighting their income, expenditure and more.
