Resending an Invite
This article outlines how you can re-send an invitation to one of your clients. You may wish to resend an invitation to your client if incorrect details have been entered, your client did not receive the first invitation and/or the invitation bounced.

This article is split into sections: 1) Resending an invite and 2) Changing an individuals contact details before resending an invite.
Section 1: Resending an invite
If you do not need to alter the individual's contact details, you can resend the invite to them by clicking on the actions button within your dashboard, and clicking 'resend invite', as can be seen below.
Section 2: Changing an individual's contact details
If you are re-sending the invitation due to incorrect details, you will first need to alter the incorrect data by:
- Accessing the profile of the individual in question and clicking on ‘User Details’ tab, found at the top of the page.
- Clicking on the pencil icons will give you the ability to alter both the email address and mobile number.
Once you are happy the contact information is correct, you be able to resend the original invitation by following the steps below:
1. From within an individual’s profile, click on ‘Quick Actions’ (top right) where a drop down menu will appear.
2. Select ‘Resend invite’ from the menu, then click on ‘Complete now’.
3. Under the drop down menu for Invite type, select either email, SMS or both and click ‘Resend Invite’ *Your options may be limited to either email or SMS depending on your original invitation.
